a. To fulfill the duties of the department for the following SEPA Regions: Central Anatolia – Black Sea Regions, Gölbaşı, Tuz Lake, Ihlara Valley, Uzungöl 

b. To fulfill similar duties assigned by the general manager regarding the field of activity.
