a. To carry out the Strategic Plan studies of our General Directorate in coordination with the Strategy Development Department.
b. To ensure that the Performance Program of the units of our General Directorate is prepared in coordination.
c. To ensure that our General Directorate's Internal Control Standards Compliance Action Plan is prepared in coordination
d. To prepare and update our General Directorate's Administrative Simplification Procedures, Standard File Plan, Unit Correspondence Codes and Tracking Tables (Service Standards, Service Inventory) in coordination.
e. To ensure the follow-up and coordination of the Measure Programs that fall into the field of work of our General Directorate.
f. To present opinions on the laws, statutes and regulations prepared by the public institutions and organizations on issues related to the field of duty of our General Directorate.
g. To coordinate the necessary works within the scope of the Medium Term Plan and Development Program regarding the works and operations of our General Directorate.
h. To refer to and follow-up the applications submitted to the Prime Ministry Information Acquisition Center (BİMER) and the Ministry's Information Acquisition Unit on the subjects within the scope of duty of our General Directorate pursuant to the Law on Information Acquisition No. 4982.
I. To ensure the preparation of the activity reports of our General Directorate.
j. To ensure that the works and procedures related to the Quality Management System studies of our General Directorate are carried out properly,
k. To collect, classify and analyze information and data regarding the activities of the General Directorate.
l. To fulfill similar duties assigned by the Head of Department.
