a. In line with the allowances received from the Ministry of Development for Investment Projects of the General Directorate and the Ministry of Finance for Current Transactions, to ensure the procurement of goods and services required according to the tender procedures specified in the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and to inform the Public Procurement Authority about the results. To perform the duties stated in the Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735 and the State Procurement Law No. 2886, accordingly
b. To arrange the documents related to all kinds of goods and services purchased as a result of the tender procedures,
c. To carry out warehouse entry and exit procedures and to ensure the protection of the fixtures and other materials related to our General Directorate within the framework of the laws, regulations, relevant legislations and other legislation provisions.
d. To carry out the necessary procedures for the destruction and sale of scrap materials.
e. To prepare an in-cash account according to year-end counting procedures and submitting it to the Court of Accounts
f. To provide fixtures, tools, equipment and materials used in General Directorate services.
g. To coordinate telephone subscription and usage, internet subscription procedures for mobile phones and tablet computers.
h. To ensure that computer devices and systems are checked and periodically maintained and repaired,
I. To make advance and credit transactions related to procurement.
j. To fulfill similar duties assigned by the Head of Department.
