In areas with protection status such as natural heritage and natural protected areas and special environmental protection zones;

a. To ensure the provision of maps that will form a basis for detection, registration and announcement works and procedures,

b. To create, approve and procure the maps (or contract a third party to do so) that will form a basis for planning studies

c. To make or to contract a third party to make the parceling plans done in order to ensure the implementation of master and implementation development plans of all types and scales approved by our General Directorate,

d. To provide technical and financial support by cooperating with local governments in order to ensure the implementation of master and implementation plans of all types and scales approved by the provision of existing maps required by our General Directorate,

e. To carry out activities for the exchange or expropriation of private real estates, whose usage rights are limited for the public benefit, in areas where no intervention should be made due to the biological diversity and sensitivity of the areas that have the characteristics of natural assets, natural protected areas or special environmental protection zones, with Treasury immovables or when necessary. ,

f. To carry out legislative studies and determine the criteria regarding the clearing and expropriation works and transactions in the protected areas,

g. To carry out the necessary work and procedures for the examination and finalization of the expropriation requests,

h. To ensure that real estate appraisal reports are prepared for the realization of expropriation works and procedures,

i. To make necessary programs for the realization of clearing and expropriation works and transactions, to determine the relevant areas and to carry out within the framework of budget possibilities,

j. To fulfill other duties assigned by the head of department related to the field of activity.
