To take the opinions of the relevant ministries in places where the historical, archaeological and urban protected areas of protected areas and other protected areas with protection status coincide, to decide by which administrations these areas will be managed partially or completely and to carry out the works and procedures related to these areas,

d. To carry out all kinds of works and procedures related to the registration of monumental trees, tree groups and caves and their protection areas,

e. To make inventory studies of monumental trees, tree communities and caves,

f. To conduct or contract a third party to conduct researches on monumental trees, tree groups and caves in areas with potential natural values ??in terms of national and international legislation,

g. To carry out all kinds of works and procedures such as giving the main opinion regarding the registration of cultural assets from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as well as communicating the decisions of the Regional Boards for the Protection of Cultural Heritage to the relevant units and provincial directorates,

h. To carry out work and procedures regarding judicial processes regarding natural assets

ı. To report the information obtained after the registration to the Inventory Branch Office,

j. To fulfill other duties assigned by the head of department related to the field of activity.
