For those located in Aegean, Marmara and Southeastern Anatolia Regions;

a. To carry out the activities and procedures in natural assets, special environmental protection zones and natural protected areas under the jurisdiction and disposal of the State,

b. To carry out works & studies to create a value index for Adequate pay transactions,

c. To carry out works and transactions related to the allocation of natural assets, special environmental protection zones and immovables under treasury ownership to our Administration, which are necessary for the implementation of plans in natural protected areas,

d. To present opinions on the works and transactions such as allocation, sale of natural assets, private environmental protection zones and public institutions and organizations within natural protected areas and immovables under the rule and possession of the treasury and the state,

e. To carry out the legislative work related to the duties of the department and to give opinions,

f. To carry out leasing, granting, operating or operating permits for natural assets, Special Environmental Protection Areas and areas under the jurisdiction and disposal of the State within natural protected areas, and monitoring those that are permitted to use,

g. To present opinions on the leasing of natural assets, special environmental protection zones and treasury immovables and lands under the jurisdiction and possession of the State and immovables from public institutions and organizations,

h. To present opinions on requests regarding work and transactions related to recreation areas,

I. To establish the protocols of the daily areas to be given to public institutions,

j. To carry out the works and transactions related to the structures and areas such as fishing shelters and piers to be leased to private and legal entities,

k. To fulfill other duties assigned by the head of department related to the field of activity.
