Department of Research and Registration

a. To carry out all kinds of research and investigation activities for the determination of natural assets and natural protected areas and natural values ??and biological diversity in other areas with similar protection status

b. To determine the procedures and principles regarding the approval, registration and announcement of national parks and nature parks, natural monuments, nature preservation areas, wetlands and other areas with similar protection status and the registration of the boundaries of these areas, as well as carrying out the relevant processes and procedures,

c. To determine the procedures and principles regarding the determination, registration, approval, change and announcement of natural assets and natural protected areas and special environmental protection zones

d. To determine the principles for deciding by which administrations these areas will be partially or fully managed in places where natural assets, natural, historical, archaeological and urban sites and other areas with protection status coincide,

e. To preserve the border coordinates of the Protected Areas and all kinds of information and documents based on detection and registration,

f. To fulfill similar duties assigned by the general manager regarding the field of activity.
